Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy Effective July 27, 2026

MS Franchising, LLC ("MRS," "we," or "us") recognizes the importance of privacy. We want you to feel confident using our services, and this privacy policy ("Policy") is to help you understand and describe how we collect, use, and disclose information that we obtain about users of our websites, services, plug-ins, software or other downloadable tools (all of which we refer to as the "Platform"). This Policy describes the following:

  • What information we collect and how it is collected
  • How we use the information
  • With whom we may share information
  • Legal basis for processing the information
  • Your rights and choices
  • Security and storage of the information
  • Third party websites
  • Users outside the United States
  • California Disclosures
  • Changes to the Policy and Contact Information

Throughout this document, we use a few terms to describe various roles. MRS Locations have signed up to use our service and created an account. MRS Users are people who are scheduling with an MRS Location and have not registered or created an account with us.

Information We Collect

We collect information about you directly from you and automatically through your use of our Platform. We may combine information automatically collected with other information that we have collected about you, including from publicly available sources.

In order to help you protect yourself and your information, we encourage you to provide only that information that is necessary for using our Platform. For example, to schedule a meeting you may only need to provide us with a name, email address, date and time.

MRS is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such personal information from our systems.

Information You Provide Voluntarily

  • Appointment Information. When an MRS User comes to MRS to schedule an event with an MRS Location, you voluntarily give us certain information — your name, email address and phone number; email addresses of other people; subject of the meeting; and any other information you provide us or as required by the MRS Location you are scheduling with.
  • Account Information. MRS Locations may give us permission to access their information in other services (e.g., linking your MRS account with Google or Microsoft Office 365).
  • Billing Information. If you purchase a premium version of MRS, our third-party payment processors collect and store your billing address and credit card information. We store only the last four digits of your card number, card type, and expiration date.

Information Collected Automatically

Like many websites, we and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to receive and store certain types of information when you interact with us, subject to your opt-out preferences. This includes log & device data (web address, device model, operating system, browser type, unique device identifier, IP address, mobile network carrier, time zone/location).

Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We may use "session" cookies (until you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (until deleted). We also use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics to understand visitor characteristics and activity. You may opt out of Google Analytics' and Mixpanel's cookies using their respective Opt-Out Features.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the MRS Service (scheduling, account management, customer support, billing)
  • Understand and improve our products
  • Communicate with you (service-related, promotional, administrative)
  • Advertising, subject to opt-out preferences
  • Protecting rights and interests
  • Legal compliance
  • Other business purposes disclosed at time of collection

With Whom We May Share Your Information

We do not share your personal information with others except as indicated in this Policy or when we give you an opportunity to opt out. We may share information:

  • With third-party service providers, agents, or contractors (payment processing, marketing, IT, customer service, debt collection, analytics)
  • With affiliates or subsidiaries
  • To comply with legal process or protect MRS and our users
  • In business transfers (merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization)
  • As aggregate or de-identified information for marketing, research, or compliance purposes

Legal Basis for Processing Your Information

We rely on: your consent (withdrawable by contacting us at Franchising@mrshawarma.org); performance of a contract; and our legitimate interests in providing and improving our Platform.

Security and Storage of Information

We use reasonable safeguards including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication. No method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, meet legal obligations, and comply with applicable statutes of limitations.

Third-Party Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites and applications. We do not endorse these parties or their content, and we are not responsible for their information practices.

Users Outside the United States

Our servers are located with Amazon Cloud Services in the United States. By submitting personal information to MRS, you consent to having your data transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or another jurisdiction that may not offer the same level of privacy protection as your country of residence.
